Having dry cough and 99 to 100 degree fever aince 3 4 days.. taking dolo for fever and azithromycin tablet for cough since 2 days..

HELLO , TAB PARACETAMOL 500 THREE TIMES OR AS REQUIRED AFTER FOOD. TAB ZIFI200 TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. T.MONTEK10  ONE AT NIGHT.FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. SYR AMBRODIL D 10 ML THREE TIMES A DAY. PLENTY OF WARM LIQUIDS. TOMATO SOUP SIP BY SIP. LIGHT DIET. OK.
