Advice for post covid procedure and trea
Respected Dr. I infected with covid19 (covid score was 13 through RTPCR Test). I admitted (9th April to 22nd April 2021) and took treatment for same. Now I want advice for what precautions I need to take and for how long? Still I feltl weakness especially at lower part of body. I couldn't walk for more than 20 minutes without pain. I felt breathing quite hard for some time especially after washroom. I felt tried. I want to know when I can be join my job. My job is like front line worker and working in social NGO. Pl take Nutritious diet. Do lung exercises with respirometer. Weakness will go slowly.pl consult Pulmonologist online with all the reports and treatment taken.
