Adhesion in USG report

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hello doc, I underwent a lower abdomen usg as part of routine checkup. Findings say that I have polycystic ovaries and adhesion suggestive of PID. I do not have significant abdominal pain, painful period or any other symptoms. So I am a bit confused at the results. Please kindly advice. With these results, will it affect my chances of getting pregnant? I am 34, F. Thanks.
