Dear friend, please don't assume that you have ADHD, unless a qualified and certified doctor does an assessment and confirms.
ADHD has three categories - Inattentive (easily distracted, doesn't appear to be listening, unable to pay attention and makes silly mistakes, cannot keep track of daily activities etc). Hyperactive (Often fidgets, doesn't stay seated, has trouble playing quietly, is always moving, such as running or climbing on things, excessive talking). The last type is Impulsive (Impatient, has trouble waiting for his/her turn, interrupts others etc)
Your case need not be ADHD, you might be having problems in concentration and may be inconsistent. Probably an assessment with a Counsellor will help.
