Adenoids enlarged
Hi all. My kid is 7yo. Yesterday we got her x ray for adenoids done . It says some 50percent blockage. She doesn't show severe symptoms as such. Mild throat pain, sometimes itches her ears and constantly pricks her nose. Physical growth is slow. Except for adenoids all other reports like thyroid profile, igf 1, bone age etc are normal. Doctor told that adenoids cause delayed or slow growth as well. M not understanding where to go n whom to consultant. Someone pls guide.

If documented enlargement of adenoids, a course of antibiotics can be given to see the regression in size. Detailed evaluation is required.  Book an online consultation for same or visit a local dr
