  4. Adenoids enlarge. For how many days?

My son of 3.5 is waking in the middle of night and snoring. When consulted with an Ent, he told adenoid enlarged and put him on fluticasone and oxymetazoline spray. Can this spray given to 3 year old? If can given, then for how many days?
