I have been addicted to porn since many years due to which provokes to masturbate.As on masturbation it triggers to various issues like weakness issue,sleeplessness.I felt urine struck in urethra after urine and mostly on siting on one place and pins in urethra.My blood urine kub ultrasound test and ECG everything came normal.Is it nervous system issues?But I developed little anxiety mood swings issue.But I have lessen porn and masturbation to extend.I want to improve my good heath and focus on work and my future so please suggest me how can I totally leave all this and with some medical prescription.
