Addiction and mind problems
I am addicted to 2-3 substances like weed, alcohol and tobacco... I ve tried to leave these things but i relapse.. I switch from one substance to another to feel happy...my mind makes me think that it is the only way to be happy...i ve made 4-5 attempts in quitting these things...but end up relapsing because of my brain...i think something is wrong... Please help me out!
