Have acute sinusitis from long time. Used antibiotics a year ago, but there is no change. Right side of nose is continuously blocked and releases mucous. Get continuous sneezes as well.

Along with sinusitis you have features of allergic rhinitis as well which causes sneezing and nasal discharge. Avoidance of allergen is the only thing that can prevent you from having sneezing and discharge. Antihistamines can be used to relieve the symptoms of allergy which has set in already.
