Acute Knee pain while climbing stairs.
I hav recently starting doing cross training. It s been a month..Now I have started to feel pain in my knees when ever I put pressure on them. Normally walking, standing it's not a problem but when I'm climbing stairs or siting up and down, it's painful. May be I hv put strain on them.
