It looks like starting of knee oestioarthritis. I had 1 pt wth similr symptoms.
In only 10-15 physiotherapy sessions u cn gt relief frm pain n discomfrt.
Next Steps
consult with qualified physiotherapist.
Health Tips
do exercises prescribed by physiotherapist atleast once per day regularly.
May I know r u experiencing pain while ascending stairs or descending? Bez if pain is while going up it maybe Bez of injury to quadriceps tendon or muscle as it is unable to generate power...And if u r experiencing pain while descending stairs it maybe issue with hamstring muscles injury or tightness and causing poor motor control..thus it's important to find out right cause to figure out the treatment plan
Next Steps
U can do hot pack at least twice or thrice a day
Health Tips
For a short period of time u can use knee sleeve to support Ur knee and heal
Please get yourself evaluated for injury primarily from a qualified therapist. Pain associated with swelling or tenderness can be treated with ice application on the affected area followed by static quadriceps and static Hamstring exercises.
Next Steps
Progressive Strengthening exercises for knee initially non weight bearing and later weight bearing along with balance and posture training to be carried out under supervision of trained Therapist.
Health Tips
Get evaluated and condition diagnosed meanwhile start with ice application on affected area and wear comfortable footwear and avoid ballistic movements.
