Please get yourself evaluated for injury primarily from a qualified therapist. Pain associated with swelling or tenderness can be treated with ice application on the affected area followed by static quadriceps and static Hamstring exercises.
Next Steps
Progressive Strengthening exercises for knee initially non weight bearing and later weight bearing along with balance and posture training to be carried out under supervision of trained Therapist.
Health Tips
Get evaluated and condition diagnosed meanwhile start with ice application on affected area and wear comfortable footwear and avoid ballistic movements.
