Acute gas and acidity... gERd
Have been having acute gas and because of this there was choking and head ache.. I have a history of gerd and this did not allow me to sleep until I slept in an incline....

Hi dear, little life style modification will help you. Kindly follow:[ ] Stop tea, coffee, spicy food. Take your meal timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. Take as  much as you want thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Start going for morning walk ( start from 1 km/ week, increase to 2, 3, 4, 5 per week. Avoid wearing tight geans ( it compresses your belly/ stomach). Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc.A part from this you can take cap.
