Hi, acne scars are of different types and treatment depends on type. Yes laser is one of the option. Side effects are minimum and reversible. Understand the nature of disease, treatment and outcome. Depends upon doctors expertise.
You can undergo virechana karma once in Ayurveda centre Later take medicines Saribadyasava 15ml with water twice daily after food. It also has good results.
