Normally for acne scars, it is advised to actually undergo a combination of treatments including microneedling, subcision, lasers, TCA cross, PRP and fillers. I usually like to combine procedures according to the type of acne scars a person has. It is difficult to advise the right treatment protocol without looking at your photographs, I would advise you to consult a certified dermatologist to have an in person consultation to decide what combination will work on you.

Acne scar can be treated only with procedures like dermaroller, microneedle radio frequency or fraction laser. There are no topical medications to reduce acne scar. If u have only black pigmentation or maks after acne then probably creams will work.
