Acne scares can't be cured with home remedies.
Laser can cause redness, burning and sun sensitivity.
It might cause burns if very high energies are used or if done by a non qualified person.
Get laser treatment only from a qualified dermatologist

Is the scars are pits...then it needs laser treatment which mostly won't give any side effects if treated by a certified dermatologist but if it's the scars are only marks there are other treatments available too apart from lasers. You can consult me online for the same
