Acne/pimples
Acne (pimples) mostly grows in my face. They heals after I clear out the puss but they left dark spots. I think I have zinc efficiency. Should I take any zinc supplement. I have normal skin slightly oily.

Acne,It's common in teenagers and young adults. Symptoms range from uninflamed blackheads to pus-filled pimples or large, red and tender bumps.There many ways to get rid off your problem,but without seeing the affected area can't say much and also need bit more information regarding same .There is no point in giving non specific treatment without finding the exact cause.
