Acne over back side of head
I just noticed after getting a hair cut I am having acne over back side of my head and face as well.

Mahamnjisthadi kwath, these are oral medicines.
For external use:
Apply aloe vera gel
Add 1 tsp of amla powder in 2 cups of coconut oil, heat it until it turns brown and apply it before half an hour taking bath .
Boil neem leaves and take a bath with that water .

Take this opportunity to screen thoroughly it's sure by medicines of 5-7days get cured but just curing may lead into euphoria i.e. false sense of well-being.
Intentionally I'm sharing if u (sedentary lifestyle) having any one of parents history of over weight Diabetes or BP and Allergy so one of these may be culprit

It's kaphaj( body fluid issue) issue...because of kapha, infection is happening easily in hair follicles.
With some neem ya any antimicrobial wash you temporarily resolve this issue or in allopathy you will get some steroid ointment in name of anti allergic or eczema but permanent cure is possible after body detox only.

Because of Rekta dushti and unhygienic conditions hair follicles get infected by bacteria fungus etc. It can be treated by Ayurveda.
