Blind Acne on face from last 8 days. Applying hot compress too but no difference as such. It's redish in colour. How to heal this at the earliest

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
