Acne on face
My son has one acne pimple on face from past one week. Don't know the reason but there was one small pimple and then it's spread. Attaching photo for reference. Can someone tell what the reason and treatment as I am unable to visit pediatrician for 3-4 days.

Many conditions can look similar to acne—such as folliculitis—so it’s important to take a detailed history and perform a proper examination. It’s best to consult a pediatrician to ensure an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment
