Acne marks
I never had acne, however, from the past 1-2 years I have been having acne and it leaves a long lasting mark on my face. I never pop any pimple and patiently wait for it to heal, I still get these marks on my face after the pimple gets healed. I have oily skin. I use Nilac gel sometimes and find it helpful in the healing process. Kindly suggest how these marks can be permanently removed. Also, please suggest a face cream for daily use.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

U r having active acne. Sometimes when acne resolves it heals with pigmentation. From the pictures u have sent there is active acne. That has to be resolved !st and then it will be better to start any creams or procedures to remove the pigmentation. Consult a Dermatologist for the same as the creams will depend on ur skin type.

Hello dear. Active acne needs proper long term  treatment. Nilac gel is ok to use. It should be combined with oral medicines also. If you have PCOS, that should also be treated. You can visit my clinic in Delhi or consult online for treatment
