Acne marks and scars
I have acne marks and scars for the past 6 years now. Can I use tranxemic acid serum and niacinamide moisturizer in the morning and tretinoin cream and kojic acid serum in the night. These are alot of products but I want to know is they can be combined like this, and if not, which ones should I skip.

Well. While topical creams and serums may work for the brown marks. But these don’t work for acne scars. For scars you need laser/ MNRF treatment. I suggest if you still wish to go ahead. Use only one ingredient at a time along with moisturiser and sunscreen. Also a dermat can formulate a great routine to prevent further marks and acne. And noncomedogenic ones. Thank you for your question. Combining multiple active ingredients like tranexamic acid, niacinamide, tretinoin, and kojic acid can be beneficial but must be done cautiously to avoid irritation or side effects. The ideal routine depends on your skin type and concerns.

I recommend a personalized consultation to guide you on the correct products and their combination for optimal results. Feel free to book an appointment for a detailed plan
