Acne before periods
I tend to get a pimple or two just before periods and its really annoying. I have a fine skincare routine but i also want to incorporate tretinoin 0.04 % prescribed by my dermat to be applied once a week on whole face. I wanted to know will tretinoin prevent this prementrual breakouts if yes then how to use it ideally and how many times in a week. Pls help. Ps i have regualar periods and healthy weight.

No..it depends on the grade..Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
