Asked for Female, 19 Years

I have PCOS problem for which I was prescribed steroids once and my reaction towards the first one itself was bad, hence, I stopped taking it. Its been 3 years now and I have been getting severe acne, my dermatologist has prescribed MINOZ OD 100 for it. Is it safe to start taking them pills?
