Treatment depends on the grade.. Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

f you are having pimples with marks at this age, I would suggest you undergo complete hormonal evaluation including personal examination and investigations to rule out any underlying disease. you should use non-comedogenic moisturizer to prevent dry skin. however, with your current history, it seems you may have associated dandruff which is causing this kind of sensitive, dry, acne-prone skin. If nothing suits you, you can go ahead with dermalinfusion therapy, microneedle rf along with carbon peel to keep your skin flawless.
