It seems that you're using tretinoin cream without a prescription, and you've experienced breakouts shortly after starting it. This could be a sign of the "purging" phase, which is common when starting retinoids. However, I strongly recommend consulting a dermatologist for proper guidance and adjustment of your skincare regimen to ensure effective and safe treatment.
Next Steps
Feel free to consult me online for detailed advice and a tailored treatment plan.
The breakout could be because of purging, which is normal post starting tretinoin cream or could be the wrong strength of tretinoin was started. Please take online consultation so that exact cause for the breakouts can be determined and treatment plan can be started accordingly.
What percentage of tretinoin are you using and how long are you leaving it on ? How is your PCoD ? You may need to address the root cause to get long relief from your acne , for which a consult with a dermatologist will help
Next Steps
Can stop the tretinoin application , consult a dermatologist, don’t rub or pick the acne
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
