Anterior crucial ligament of my left leg is teared . Detected by MRI scan .
I m involving in sports activity ,in future also so i m confused what kind of treatment I can get for better recovery

Consult an Orthopedic Doc specialized in knee injuries to find out of it can heal without surgery with help of Physiotherapy If its a partial tear without knee instability it can heal without invasive treatment but accurate diagnosis is crucial Good luck.
