Acl tear of left knee.pain in right knee
I am mbbs student... I have acl tear IN LEFT KNEE.. i had undergone mri twice. I dont exercise regularly but once in 2 days.. One ortho had said me that I HAVE MUCOID DEGENERATION OF ACL .. HE WAS SO SURE ABOUT IT he was orthosurgeon... BUT ONE OTHER ORTHO WHO HAD 40 YEARS EXPERIENCE ... HE DIDNT SAY A WORD ABOUT MUCOID DEGEN... and i have pain n swelling(fluid) in my lft knee and i feel MY BONE OR SUMTHNG IN MY KNEE MOVING WHILE WALKING OR EXTENDING MY KNEE. Ryt knee also pains now.

First of all congratulations, you are going to be a part of this profession. The trials and tribulations await you. Internet is one of them. I am answering this questions only in part. As you know clinical history is just a part of the complete clinical picture. I think you need to see a knee or Arthroscopy specialist for a proper evaluation and treatment. Try to look for someone well qualified in your area. Don’t rely on answers off the internet even if given by doctors. Hope this was helpful.
