ACL TEAR and MENISCUS TEAR
I have a partial ACL tear history which happened in 2011 while playing basketball and now when I had MRI done I got grade IV meniscus tear too. My weight is 87 kgs. I want to know that is surgery required now ? Should I reduce my weight and then go for surgery?

How much pain do you have? Can you walk on this leg? How much can you be bend? How bad is the swelling. ? Looking at the report it looks like you need something to be done however correlating clinical picture and MRI picture would be better to decide since it is a major decision
