Acl surgery and meniscus tear.
Since my ACL RECONSTRUCTION SURGERY is done using hamstring graft (Autograft)., now my leg does not have those tendons in their original place. Even my meniscus was trimmed as the tear was in white zone.
So that is also not normal as it was before. I(age19) still wishes to play football and basket ball with heavy workout.is that possible.
