ACL reconstruction
I had an ACL reconstruction surgery 3.5 years ago due to Badminton injury. Recently I am experiencing pain when I do squatting. I have attached the MRI of my left knee. My left knee makes tak tak sound when I straight them. Please have a look at my MRI and suggest.I am really tensed.

If not  painful or no  instability episodes no need to worry. These changes are common postoperatively in long term . The sounds are nonspecific. Visit your physiotherapist again and get assessed and have a recourse
