ACL RECON and MEDIAL MENISECTOMY
Hi. I underwent a surgery on 21st Nov 2022 and now I am able to walk slowly and comfortably. But my only concern is the stiffness underneath the patella, which is still there and all other stiffness has gone by icing. Can you pls tell me whether this swelling will be over or I have to live with it. Thank you

The swelling wil go down slowly.. Kindly do the physiotherapy as suggested by your operating surgeon..He will be the best judge to tell you how much and what exercise to do.. Don't worry about the swelling part if you don't have pain or any other symptoms.. U would definitely get better with time.
Next Steps
icing and physiotherapy as suggested
Health Tips
consult with Ortho doctor
