Acl Grade 1 sprain posterolateral site
I was stretching out my hip flexors cuz of tightness with the help of my feet and I cranked it bit too hard which induced my acl grade 1 sprain. Initially it was stiff for a week then it got fine but after few weeks instability crept in and my knee felt wobbly as if my lower limb would just separate out. So my current condition after 10 mnths  is such that there is no pain no swelling but instability is worse on my right leg. But it doesnt buckle but definitely can't turn around or walk sideways just walking in straight path and stairs is fine. What to do in such case I'm just trying cycling out as physio for my quads, hamstrings, calf, glutes those muscles feel a bit weak. How would I recover completely as I was before as this issue bothering me a lot and I can't be at my 100 percent and feel low on confidence whenever I step out. Because of this issue my hips, my back, my neck everything is getting compensated. Share your advices Asap. I have attached my mri do check it out. Thanks.

U need a repair of your ligaments, which can be done arthriscopically, In 10 mth time if u feel instability is increased than ur partial tear might be converted in full thickness tear, If it us still partial tear you may got benefit with platelet rich plasma infiltration protocol..
