Acidity in pregnancy
I am 8 weeks pregnant have acidity, heart burn and indigestion due to dydroboon -taking twice daily. Please suggest anta acid which is safe in pregnancy. I feel burning sensation in stomach. Dydroboon is taking as I have subseptate utreus and baby is on right side. Pls help.
