Acidity gas pain
From last 3 years im suffering from these Acidity gas headache breathing problem. Tiered gas chest pain. Burping. First i thot it was anxiety but even after diagnosis i feel same. I stop smoking as i was not addicted. Drinking alcohol which i took once in month. Started alkaline food very less caffeine but all problems are same. Please help.

Hello....... Gastritis is the most commonly seen problem these days .. Medicines can only give temporary relief.. Strict diet and lifestyle change can bring gastritis under control. Take curdrice ,drink plenty of water , have frequent small meals instead of large regular meals.Sleep 2-3 hours after having dinner . Avoid spicy, hot ,high protein containing foods like fish .Take dal rice , butter milk .Antacids and ppi for temporary relief ....
