I have acidity problem since long time , after lunch stomach will be very tight . Can I use histac 150. Kindly advise.

Hi it's better to go ahead with Upper Gastroscopy done to rule out ulceration /erosions and to detect presence of H PYLORI. You can use Histac after through evaluation
