Acidity burning and H pylori treatment
Taking H pylori from 8 days still burning is there... no pain at all. Burning after passing stool till rectum. Should I compete course or any medications which can help me...

Mucain gel 10ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to 4times.  It's safe. In rectum Locally apply  xylocain gel by index fingeron buthole with anovate ointment  in 2:1 ratio. Montek lc one at night sos to decrease burning.

Dear patient plz...complete the course of h pylori kit. Pain in ractum need more history and a examination from surgeon...to make diagnosis.. Epigastic burning sensation ..need to add some more medication ..like syp sucralfate o which will provide instant relieve but this medicine should be add only after completing the course of h pylori it may cause treatment failure.
Next Steps
1)add syp sucralfate o three times a day  half to1 hr before meal. 2)to be started only after completing h pylori kit. life style modification. 1)stop tae cofee milk. 2)stop spicy food ...fatty meal 3)take boiled food.. 4)plz..walk 10 15 minute after taking meal... avoid stting and lying down immediately after taking meal..
