Eight days are not good enough for the treatment of GERD. I wonder if the diagnosis of your problem is based on only history or you had undergone endoscopy.

Pain in ractum need more history and a examination from surgeon...to make diagnosis..

..like syp sucralfate o which will provide instant relieve but this medicine should be add only after completing the course of h pylori it may cause treatment failure.

1)stop tae cofee milk.
2)stop spicy food ...fatty meal
3)take boiled food..
4)plz..walk 10 15 minute after taking meal...
avoid stting and lying down immediately after taking meal..
