I often have stomach ache and loose motions randomly. Sometimes stomach ache and weakness happens after eating very spicy food. It feels like digestion is not proper. I have constipation issues since a long time too. Should I start consuming kumari asav? I have heard it is good for gastric issues but I don't know the dose and how and when to consume it.
