Acidity and heartburn
I am taking orthal forte tablets for inflammation from last 5 days. Yesterday, I was feeling acidity and heartburn. Is it the side effect of medicine?

Hello maam, Yes having acidity and heartburn with orthal forte is common side effect of it . So you can avoid it by taking tab nexpro 40 mg before that tablet for 5 days . Need not worry

Yes... Try to take Antacid tablets along with Pain killers.. other wise there's a chance of Nsaid induced Gastritis... results in epigastric burning sensation and acidity
