Acid Reflux Fatty levergallbladder issue

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I have severe acid reflux everyday and burping belching.. So much gas everyday.. Somedays ago I had abdominal pain but its no more now.. I am mostly very hungry everyday.. I am taking normal food but still this happening.. I have to constantly clear my throat because of mucus.. Also have mild runny nose with sneezing.. Ultrasound is reveling that I have hepatomegaly with fatty changes.. ( its not written which stage) Cholesterosis of gallbladder.. Pcod too.. How to fix it.. I have low grade fever with high esr too
