Acid reflux and sometimes diarrhoea
Morning when I have tea I got vomiting..
In one week 2 times chest pain..
Stomach get full after eating..
Not feeling hungry sometimes..
Throat irritation..
PPI taken for 15 days no effect..
Endoscopy done report normal..
In a month 4 to 5 times I get diarrhea...
Sometimes constipation...
No weight gain ..
Sometimes cough specially in morning...
All reports normal...

your history suggests Gastritis and gerd.
