Achne and pimples
Hello, i am suffering from ache and pimples problems. I want to get rid of it completely. I had tried alopathy treatment but it doesn't work. Please suggest what to do?

Hi...Pimples or Acne can be due to varied reasons...like irregular sleep time, shift duties, oily facial skin, hormonal changes, stress & many others.....But they can be very well managed with simple regular follow of Proper Face Wash to be used, Avoid eating Oily, Deep fried food, Drinking atleast 2litres of water per day, taking good rest/Sleep....doing Yoga, Meditation...taking plain water steam on face at bedtime, not using any cosmetics or likewise harmful chemicles.....Along with Homeopathic Medicines from a good able Homoeopath....
