How much accurate the double marker test is . My report shows some increase risk but end of the report says it's not 100% sure ..can I trust it ..Gynac suggested me for quadratic marker test on 20th week not it's my 13th week. I am very much tenst. T21 is 1:143

It is just a screening test not a confirmitory test
If the double marker test shows increased risk you need a confirmitory test called aminocentesis
waiting for the quadruple test is not advisable
Because again the quadruple test is a screening test not a confirmitory test
