Scarring can have good improvement with few treatments like platelet rich plasma therapy, microneedling with dermaroller, fractional radiofrequency treatment and laser skin resurfacing. If it is a heaped up scar like hypertrophic scar or keloid treatment modalities will be different in form of intralesional steroids injections or cryotherapy. If scar is small and can be corrected surgically then a scar revision surgery will help you
