Acceptance of other personality. Help.!

I feel like I ma living a multiple personality among the different individuals I met, this changeover is not felt at the time being present, but after a while it got realised that I was behaving and acting a bit different role their, this happens all the time in different situations. The split personality changes the body posture, voice and eyes and actions completely, I realise all these when my friend making me too look into camera then I feel actually nothing is wrong with my physique not even with my vocals, it's all in my mind only, I am the one who started acknowledging myself too be something different and then my mind plays with me and make me listen something which never exist even, I heard every manipulative statement of my own, I created all these personality in my own... Their are a alot of incidents, communication which I remember every second all I need a doc with whom I can discuss and make this gone for ever. Please help...!
