Sometimes she talk as she is different being, She doesn't identify her own family members. She switch to different personalities at different time. Sometimes she even talk to herself like her inner one is listening her. When she comes to normal state she forgot all these things also she feels very much tired when she comes in normal state.

Hello As you have explained symptoms of the person being muttering to herself, not identifying her known ones and behaving completely different. These are the symptoms seen in different types of neuropsychiatric disorders. The course is as well as episodic as she being completely normal in between. We need to find the underlying cause as it can be mood disorder or psychotic disorder and understand her diagnosis and prepare a treatment plan for her.
