Hello dear By weight bearing xrays i am sure you mean xrays while holding weight in hand. Medications do not heal any ac joint injury, however mild grades can be treated with exercises. Severe grades need surgery for sure which is also a safe surgery if needed at all. Please do share weight bearing xrays so that i can give you an opinion. Regards Dr Vipin Gupta
Next Steps
Consult online with the xrays or in person if based in delhi

If you feel the bone moving up down or inside out, then this funny sensation can only be solved by surgery. Also, if you can see a protruded bony end near shoulder, sometimes painful, better to go for surgery and get it corrected. The ACJ is a very important player while doing over head abduction.
Next Steps
Consult online with all xray etc
Health Tips
Why do you want to live with a compromised joint, when you have a option of getting it corrected with a minimally invasive procedure , lasting 20mins
