Recently I did my routine blood test in which my heamoglobin came 10.2 and my ESR came 90 mm my question is that what should I do to cure my high ESR level I am a breastfeeding mother please reply??

Hi dear
The question is not how to cure ESR it's to first find out why the ESR is high at the first place .
Mild increase can be ignored but this value is quiet high.
Pregnancy itself does cause mild increase and so does many infections .
So I will need more details to find out as to what is the cause of it and then treat it accordingly .
