Widal test report TO - 1:30 dilution TH - negative AH - negative BH - negative Do iam suffering from typhoid. Fever about 99F and two times a day

No...widal test is negative for typhoid. But widal should be done only after 7 days. If done before may give false negative reports. There are other tests to fdiagnose typhoid. If you can share a detailed clinical history ..may advice you further regarding investigations and management.
