If you have a -2 number it is very much significant so you should constantly wear your spectacles. Considering your age it is unlikely that the number will reduce

It's very unlikely that the power will reduce. You will require some visual aid for better clarity of vision inform of glasses, contact lenses. If you don't want to wear glasses we can evaluate you for LASIK
Next Steps
Wear Glasses or get evaluated for Laser

Hi .. Yes, you will have to wear glasses to see clearly in distance.  Check again after 6 months. The option is to wear glasses or contact lenses or to opt for Refractive laser if u wish to get rid of the number .

Yes the number is significant and you will have to wear spectacles...if you don't want to wear glasses always you can go for contact lenses and once your number is constant for a year or so you can go for LASIK

If you never had a power before, it's unlikely to develop -2 power at this age. Please reconfirm.

Hello Ma'am.. mostly for everyone around the age of 21 years the spectacle power gets stabilized..so there is no way the power will get reduced by any Eyedrops, Medications, Nutrition or Exercises. The only option is to go for Refractive Procedures like LASIK, PRK, SMILE etc.
