In yoga tadasana, by doing 3 sets of 20 count each in a day..may help..in increasing height..
Nutrient dense foods are very important..low gi foods like complex carbs, biological value proteins, essential fatty acids like omega 3 and 6 rich foods such as nuts of almonds and walnuts... seasonal fruits , vegetables and dark green leafy vegetables, 2 to 2 and 1/2 litres of water per day as per outside climate condition..
well balanced right diet and healthy lifestyle..is the answer..

Bananas 2 per day
Milk shakes
Moderate protein

Height depends on genetics and It is highly uncommon to get taller after growth phase has passed (usually 14-16 years for females). However, you can start simple exercises like skipping and running to help strengthen your bones & boost optimum health.
Take 2 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables, add milk and milk products like ghee/paneer, avoid stress and exercise daily.
