Hello. Height depends on genetics and It is highly uncommon to get taller after growth phase has passed (usually 14-16 years for females). However, you can start simple exercises like skipping and running to help strengthen your bones & boost optimum health. Take 2 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables, add milk and milk products like ghee/paneer, avoid stress and exercise daily.
